12:30 Stopped by @lovelylemonjuiceco for my weekly juice and lunch 🥤

Met up with a close friend at Edness for a walk and a quick catch up…and decided to keep moving after she left…and ran into another dear friend and had some more conversation. I’m so grateful for the women I have in my life, and how they’re so accepting of making plans weeks ahead, or happy to take advantage of an unexpected few minutes together. I appreciate all the ways they help me to be better, and how they encourage me on good days and bad.
